Another step...

Well the contruction loan was preapproved a couple of days ago, so once we get the actual plans in our hands, we can start getting the permits. Woo hoo! Another step of the process is out of the way! Of course, as usual my credit score is better than Andy's and I think that is sooo funny. No really, I am very thankful that we both have excellent credit scores. I'm getting more excited each day and I can't wait for the next step. I just hope and pray, that it won't take long to get all of the permits and for the loan to be finalized, so we can get started on building.
