More Photoshop Fun!

Lesson 6: TTV "Through the Viewfinder"

This is an old photo of mother with her catch of the day!
After
Lesson 8: Type

Lesson 9: Edge Burn
Before
Tucker picking up sticks!

I think I should have made the edges a little bit darker, but I still think this looks good! I'm really enjoying these lessons, but I can't wait until the two weeks are up, so I can just play with the different techniques.

  3. Thanks momma and sara! I had to buy the Adobe photoshop Elements 7, it didn't come with the class. My husband actually bought it for me in March, but I couldn't figure out how to use it for the life of me. I will prob take another class later on also.....there's just so much you can do with photoshop elements.....it's so cool! I want to make my own banner for my blog at some point.

  6. Hey Debra...I don't have a macro lens, but I plan on getting one soon. I've used a friends and they are just awesome. The pictures of the water drops I just had to get really close on and keep changing the settings on my camera till I could focus on it. Takes time but is worth it.

And as far as learning photoshop, I should take some classes but I haven't had time to. It's a really neat program but extrememly hard to learn. you are doing great at it.

  7. Debra, thanks for the sweet comment on my page...my husband and I will be praying for your son and praying for a hedge of protection to be around him. Tell him 'Thank You' for serving our country and fighting for my freedom.

We'll be praying for you too. That God will help your nerves. I cannot imagine. Love you and will keep you in thought and prayer.

  8. Hi DJ, I will pray for Michael and for you and Pastor! I so know what you are going through. I went through this when my brother enlisted, and I can't even imagine it being your son. I know it has to be so hard. BUT, GOD IS IN CONTROL! :) I will be praying. Love you lots! xoxoxo
