If My Computer Wasn't Already Dead......I'd shoot it!!!

I'm really not a violent person, I'm just frustrated with my computer, I mean how many times is it gonna die on me? Many of you know that it died on me a few months ago, then it started working again......then my husband's computer died......then he got his fixed and then guess what? Yep, mine died again! I guess we have the worst luck with computers! Of course, mine IS 10 years old, so I guess that's understandable. Anyway, I apologize for not being able to visit all of your blogs right now, hopefully we will be able to get my computer fixed soon!

  1. Glad to hear YOU are okay - sorry about your computer!!!

  2. Thanks SD and yes I am ok, but I have to admit the last few weeks have been the pits because of the plague! LOL First I got bronchitis and then the day that I started feeling better, which happened to be the day I was supposed to see my son off to bootcamp, I woke up with the stomach flu. I can't remember ever running a fever for so many days, but thankfully I am finally well again. Woo hoo! Wish I could say the same about my computer. LOL

  3. I am so glad you posted tonight.. I was beginning to worry about you.

Dont feel bad.. I was cleaning my husbands laptop and I was so proud of myself.. got it all set up for him ... rebooted it.. IT CRASHED!!! I am so sick of it... then I took my little mini one out to use and it crashed... whaaaaaaaaaaa I want to throw them in the garbage.

    Hang in there

  4. I was thinking about you and hoping all was well. Glad it's "just" computer problems and hope it's fixed soon!

  5. I'm glad you posted that. I was just thinking about you yesterday!

Hope your computer problems are soon fixed. :)

  6. Hey..I know what you mean. Our power went out in the last electrical storm and we had to pick up a new modem..took a good week then I had a nice virus..luky there was no loss while we took care of it..but yikes! (still runs slow due to not backing up pictures effeciently). Anyway, I hope you get yours up and running decently! I appreciate your kind words..as I tend to get introspective at times! (lol)especially on this blogsphere..your like..oh no, what did I say?! ha. Hope you have a wonderful week..and thanks again friend-

  7. I know that frustration, girl! Hope it gets worked out soon. You've been missed around here. ;)

  8. Oh bummer! I am so sorry about your computer and I can truly identify.... my iMac needed a new hard drive, and luckily I had bought the extended AppleCare contract. But STILL. I was without it long enough for it to hurt! :)

    Hang in there!

  9. I think you could appreciate this youtube video right now.

    Enjoyed stopping by your blog.

  10. How's your computer issues? Was almost afraid to ask! My husband cleaned my vent screen out with an air compresser! I took a few before & after shots..well, that made a big difference. (Stand by) for instance, works now? My USB for my camera doesn't still, so I either use a spare computer (photos here, photos there-lol) but I can pop out the memory card and insert it. Anyway, hope everything is ok..or will be soon. Have a great weekend if you don't post. Looking forward to more of your beautiful photography! Aloha, Regina-

  11. carissima....Oh, I hope things are going fine and get risolved.....no,no, don't worry....I just got a long "absence-technical - pc- problem "too; these "little" problems can be resolved and make part of our 2010....!
Just take it easy and take care and in the meanwhile do a lot of your fantastic shots; ok???
    have a good time !!!!
    ciao ciao elvira

  12. Sorry to hear about the computer - hope you get that going well soon. Sounds like you were under the weather as well. Hope you are feeling better. I just recently took the step of getting a laptop so that I can concentrate on photoshop better and not hog the computer. It is an adjustment but I love the mobility.

Are you going to take the photography class with Candice in April? I really want to do it, haven't been practicing with my camera nearly enough without the class to keep me on track!

  13. Ah yes, I know that feeling well. My old computer went the way of all old computers - straight to computer heaven. My "new" computer is actually my son's friend's old one - still newer than my original one though. Unfortunately it likes to get "frozen" and nothing it seems alters this. Other son came down for a fortnight and said, "Mum, there's something wrong with the computer"
Saying however, isn't fixing. (Sigh) Whatever did we do before the days of these techonolgical brains I wonder?
